One ZIP file per song for instant download with a preview image, MP3, WAV and lyrics, plus your license certificate as a PDF. The certificate is issued individually: with a serial number, the licensed songs and your license term of one or two years. Library updates are included during the license period. Yes. Our step-by-step guide shows how to open the ZIP package, what each file is for and how to play the music anywhere. You can read it online or download it as a PDF.

You may, within the license term and the licensed area of use: play the songs publicly on site (mini disco, kids' entertainment, kids' club, pool and beach area, stage programs, lobby), use the cover for notices, screens and your weekly program, use the lyrics for the team and for singing along, and make internal copies and backups.

You may not, without a separate agreement: resell, pass on or sublicense the files, edit or remix the recordings, upload the songs to streaming services or music platforms, use them in broadcasting or commercials, or publish them on social media (for example as a video background).

In the shop you choose between a one-year and a two-year license term, each starting from the purchase date. The start and end dates are shown on the license certificate. In good time before it expires, we'll remind you by email to renew.

With custom songs, absolutely — you hold all the rights. With licensed songs it depends on the package you choose. Just get in touch and we'll find the right licensing form.

No. Our licenses are one-time and royalty-free for the uses named in the certificate. Since our repertoire is not administered by any collecting society, playing our tracks also incurs no GEMA royalties.

Yes. All tracks are created entirely in-house: ideas, concepts and lyrics from Little Dance Fans, produced with the support of artificial intelligence. Neither we nor anyone involved in creating them is a member of GEMA or any other collecting society, and the tracks are not registered with any collecting society. Playing our tracks within the licensed scope therefore incurs no GEMA fees.

Every song starts with us: the idea, concept and complete lyrics come from Little Dance Fans. Production is done with the support of artificial intelligence; we then select, review and assemble the final version — with child-friendly lyrics and available in German and English.

For our tracks there's nothing to report to GEMA, because they are not part of the GEMA repertoire. If you also play other music or have a flat-rate agreement with GEMA, your obligations under it remain in place. Your license certificate with the track list serves as proof of which tracks are royalty-free, with no GEMA or other collecting-society fees.

Present your license certificate with the serial number, track list and license term. It shows that the tracks are not part of the GEMA repertoire. On request, we'll also issue a repertoire confirmation for you to present to GEMA. Get in touch.

With custom songs we implement individual requests. For existing licensed songs, minor adjustments are possible on request.

Usually 3–6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on scope.

Because the tracks are delivered immediately as a digital download, purchases are final after download. If something is wrong with a file, we'll of course fix it. The details are set out in the Right of Withdrawal.

With custom songs, the song belongs to you, with no restrictions on location, purpose or time. With licensed songs, the terms of your chosen package apply.
