One ZIP file per song for instant download with a preview image, MP3, WAV and lyrics, plus your license certificate as a PDF. The certificate is issued individually: with a serial number, the licensed songs and your license year (calendar year 2027, optionally 2028 as well). Yes. Our step-by-step guide shows how to open the ZIP package, what each file is for and how to play the music anywhere. You can read it online or download it as a PDF.

You may, within the license term and the licensed area of use and for your own business: play the songs publicly and as background music, on your premises, in restaurants, bars, spa and fitness areas, in guest rooms and at events, and of course at mini disco, kids' club, pool and stage programs. You may also use the music in internal presentations, on your website, on social media, in advertising and promotional videos, on hotel TV and on digital signage screens. Use the cover and lyrics for notices, your weekly program and singing along; internal copies and backups are allowed.

You may not: resell the songs as a music product, sublicense them to other companies, upload them to streaming services under your property's name, use them in radio or TV broadcasting, register them as your own work or with GEMA, PRS, SACEM or other collecting societies, use them to create a new music model, or pass them on to third parties outside your business.

The license is valid for a full calendar year (2027, Jan 1 – Dec 31), optionally for two calendar years (2027–2028). The start and end dates are shown on the license certificate. When you book for 2027, the 2026 song catalog is included free until the end of the year. In good time before it expires, we'll remind you by email to renew. After expiry, no new performances or posts with the songs may be created, but you don't have to delete anything already published.

Yes, for your own business. Using the songs in videos and posts that present your property on social media is covered by the license, as is use on your website and in advertising. What is not allowed is publishing the songs as your own music, for example as tracks on streaming services under your property's name. With custom songs, you hold all the rights anyway.

No. Our licenses are one-time, with no further royalties for the licensed uses. We have not registered the tracks with GEMA or any other collecting society.

No. Our music is licensed exclusively to our customers and is not part of the repertoire administered by GEMA. All tracks are created in-house: ideas, concepts and lyrics from Little Dance Fans, produced with the support of artificial intelligence. Neither we nor anyone involved in creating them is a member of GEMA or any other collecting society, and we have not registered the tracks with any collecting society.

Every song starts with us: the idea, concept and complete lyrics are carefully created and edited by our team. The songs were then produced with AI assistance – we're upfront about that. AI-generated: vocals, arrangement and instruments. From the results we select, review and assemble the final version — with child-friendly lyrics and available in German and English. The realistic-looking photos on our website and the illustrated song covers were also created or edited with AI support.

As things stand today, no. The transparency obligations of the EU AI Act (Art. 50, applicable since 2 August 2026) address the providers of AI systems and everyone who publishes AI content or distributes deepfakes. Playing licensed music as background sound in a hotel, holiday park or shop does not count as publishing AI content in that sense, so no labelling is required. We state openly that our tracks were produced with AI support, and that note also appears on your licence certificate and on your invoice. If you use the music in your own videos or social media posts, the rules of the respective platform apply as well and may require a declaration of AI-generated content. This is general information, not legal advice.

For our tracks there's nothing to report to GEMA, because they are not part of the GEMA repertoire. If you also play other music or have a flat-rate agreement with GEMA, your obligations under it remain in place. Your license certificate with the track list serves as proof of which tracks you have licensed from us.

Present your license certificate with the serial number, track list and license term. It shows that the tracks are not part of the GEMA repertoire. On request, we'll also issue a repertoire confirmation for you to present to GEMA. Get in touch.

With custom songs we implement individual requests. For existing licensed songs, minor adjustments are possible on request.

Usually 3–6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on scope.

Because the tracks are delivered immediately as a digital download, purchases are final after download. If something is wrong with a file, we'll of course fix it. The details are set out in the Right of Withdrawal.

With custom songs, the song belongs to you, with no restrictions on location, purpose or time. With licensed songs, the terms of your chosen package apply.
