1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the operator of Little Dance Fans. The full contact details can be found in the Legal Notice. If you have any questions about data protection, you can reach us at info@littledancefans.com.

2. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is operated by a service provider (host). When the pages are accessed, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser and stores it in so-called server log files. In particular, the page accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and operating system used, as well as the IP address are recorded.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and the security of the website. The log files are deleted after a short time, unless they are needed to investigate malfunctions or misuse. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the host.

3. Contacting Us

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your information in order to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the request serves the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to the request). We store the data until the purpose ceases to apply and then delete it, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

The contact form is provided as a demonstration and, in this version, does not send any data to a server. In live operation, transmission takes place exclusively in encrypted form (TLS).

4. Order Processing in the Shop

To purchase a license, we process the data required for the performance of the contract, such as company and billing data, email address, and details of the selected license. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract). Invoice and accounting data are subject to commercial and tax retention obligations and are retained for up to ten years in accordance with § 147 AO (German Fiscal Code) and § 257 HGB (German Commercial Code).

For payment processing, the necessary data is transmitted to the respective selected payment service provider (such as PayPal or the credit card service provider). The data protection notices of the respective provider apply there in addition.

5. Newsletter

To receive our newsletter, we use the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you receive an email asking you to confirm the subscription. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and revoke your consent with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by message to info@littledancefans.com.

6. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website currently embeds fonts (Google Fonts) via Google's servers. In doing so, your browser establishes a connection to Google and transmits technically necessary data, including your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent and appealing presentation). Local embedding of the fonts on our own server is planned; after the changeover, the connection to Google will no longer apply.

7. No Cookies, No Tracking

This website does not set any cookies for analysis or marketing purposes and does not use any tracking or reach-measurement services. No profiling takes place.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), as well as objection to processing (Art. 21). You can revoke any consent granted at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, a message to info@littledancefans.com is sufficient.

Irrespective of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
